What’s a MiniTalk? I’ll answer that in a minute… But first you need to know this:

Little Music Church is for children (of course!)

It will be children watching these video clips on repeat. Children jumping around their lounge rooms pretending to be kangaroos. Children snapping their crocodile jaws at you (just make sure you snap back!)

But Little Music Church has something for grown-ups as well.

Because we are growing too.

The theme of every song I write IS AS MUCH FOR US as it is for our children.

So…

God’s got something for you to do!

This is true for your children.

True for your grandchildren.

And true for YOU.

Look at your child. What has God got in store for them? Encourage them. Nurture their gifts. Tell them that God has a special something for them to do for Him.

And what about you? You are an ambassador for Christ. You have a job to do. God has a unique calling for each one of you. Do you know what it is?

If so, go on and do it!

10 years ago, I wrote my first set of children’s songs.

Back then I never dreamt I’d ever publish my music.  For so long these songs were simply used in our local church and I was completely satisfied with this. Yet as more and more people heard it and were blessed by it, the call to take it further became stronger and stronger.

Did I pick up the torch and run? Ahh no.

My advice, when you know that God has something for you to do…

Don’t drag your feet (like I did)

Don’t procrastinate and make excuses (like I did)

Don’t think that someone else can do it better than you (like I did)

Get out and start DOING IT, and you might even wonder why you took this long!

(Like I’m doing 😂)

Great is the joy that comes from serving God obediently.

God’s got something for you to do.

Go on and do it!
